Controls on lastName and birthName

The lastName is controlled as soon as the enduser declares it in the onboarding process.

Case 1: the enduser declares a name (lastName or birthName) which is different

In this case, the ID diligence is rejected, with the reason.

Inconsistent lastName between ID document and user’s information.

or

Inconsistent birthName between ID document and user’s information.

Case 2: the lastName is visible on the ID document but not declared

The LastName is optional on ID document, and only completed on specific cases.

In this situation, the ID diligence is refused, with the same reason;

Inconsistent lastName between ID document and user’s information.
