Account

An account is created as soon as you create a user, a individual entrepreneur or a legal entity.

Authorisation balance

The authorisation balance is the balance debited by all direct transactions: IP, SCT, SDD, internal transfer, card authorisation, ... Only card transaction clearings debit the financial balance.

Accounting balance

The accounting balance is the balance shown in the accounts.

Account selfcare

IBAN

All our accounts are IBAN-compliant and accessible via SEPA.

Limits

There are three limits:

the storage limit, which is the maximum account balance at any given time
the credit transaction limit, which is the total of all incoming transactions over a given period (month, year)
the debit transaction limit, which is the total of all incoming transactions over a given period (month, year)

Additionnal account

Additional accounts can be created. The newly created account has the same status as the previous one.
It is not possible to create a new account:

for an inactive user
for a user who has at least one frozen account
for a user who has at least one account closed for fraud.

The new account also has an IBAN. It can be used immediately if its status is Activated.
