Description
Reject the self-certification PDF content.
Call this API only when the self-certification status is AwaitingSignature or AwaitingDownload; it changes to Rejected.
This action does not start a new self-certification process.
To start a new process, use the PATCH /fatca-crs API.

- appUserId: User identifier on partner side.
- selfCertificationId: Self-certification identifier.
