Description
The service is used in order to create a mandate for a dedicated ICS (identifiant creancier SEPA) with the aim of triggering SDD operation. The output will be the UMR (as unique mandate ref)
Prerequisites
To create a mandate, an ICS and a creditor IBAN should have been declared and must be used.
