What's new : sensitive nationalities
What’s new
As part of strengthening our security processes during onboarding, a new check will be applied to nationalities considered sensitive.
From now on, during the onboarding of a person concerned, a second proof of identity will be required to complete the verification.
Why is this a breaking change?
End users with a sensitive nationality will no longer be able to onboard without providing a second identity document.
This change introduces a breaking change in your onboarding flows: when a sensitive nationality is detected and validated using the first identity document, the expectedCount for expectedDiligences.type = Identity increases from 1 to 2, indicating that a second document is now required.

To continue onboarding these users, you will need to update your onboarding flow so that the user can upload a second document.
