What’s new

The Xpollens platform now allows tracking of the commercial relationship status, whereas previously it focused on onboarding and account status.

Why is this a breaking change?

As soon as a user becomes inactive, it can no longer be used. If the end user wants to start a new commercial relationship, a new user must be created.

This feature is closely linked to other features and introduces breaking changes, including:

periodic review
digital scoring

Impact

1- New attributes in the API GET /v2.0/users and
