What's new: register of fraudulent customers (RUC)

What’s new

The format of the register has changed.

Why is this a breaking change?

Previously, the RUC was an Excel file. This file is no longer generated and is now available in the webdesk.

Impact

Previously, the RUC was an Excel file generated once a day. The register is now directly available in the webdesk and updated in real time.

In addition, all actions that were previously performed in the Excel file must now be carried out in the webdesk:

• Detection method
• Fraud qualification
• Reimbursement method

Prerequesites

Access to the webdesk with the appropriate profile and permissions.
