What's new: hard stops

What’s new

In order to strengthen our anti-fraud processes, certain alerts will now result in immediate account bloc: this is named "hard stops".

Why is this a breaking change?

This is not a breaking change.

Impact

When a hard stop is performed:

• the account is blocked: you receive a callback 45, accountStatus= Frozen, blockDetails.blockReasons=IrregularityOrInconsistency
• debit transactions are blocked, credit transactions are still accepted

Based on the analysis of our fraud prevention team, the account will be unlocked or closed.
