What's new: fatca-eai new version including self-certification signature

What’s new

To ensure full compliance with regulations, the end user must sign their FATCA/CRS self-certification both at onboarding and throughout the business relationship if any relevant information changes..

To support this, a new set of APIs has been developed. These APIs allow you to retrieve the overall FATCA/CRS status, the declaration status, and the self-certification signature status.

Why is this a breaking change?

Currently, end users declare their information only during onboarding and are not required to sign it.

Going forward, end users will be required to sign their declaration both at onboarding and throughout the commercial relationship whenever relevant information changes.

Impact

New user journeys are required to enable end users to sign the self-certification.
